Phoenix Optical Technologies
POTL manufactures infrared & visible lenses, profiled windows, heads-up display (HUD) combiners and dichroic filters for military and commercial applications. The diamond-turning & CNC polishing facility, operated by highly skilled technicians, is adept at producing aspheric, spherical, free-form and diffractive components in IR glasses & crystals, polymers and metals in sizes ranging from 5mm to 350mm in diameter. POTL’s double-sided polishing lab specializes in IR & visible windows including impact-resistant ARMOURDILLO Glass for protecting people and optics under harsh field conditions. POTL also machine and mold blanks in-house from a stock of over 200 different types of optical glass from all major manufacturers.
Vitron
Vitron has been producing CVD-grown zinc sulfide (ZnS) since 1991. In recent years, they have tripled their production capacity of both IR and multispectral (clear) grades of ZnS. Additionally, Vitron is well-known for being on the forefront of infrared glass development. They offer a selection of 6 unique chalcogenide glass types in sizes up to 150mm in diameter. Now, as part of the Solcera Group of advanced technology companies, Vitron offers specialized ceramic materials for defense and commercial applications.
POG Precision Optics Gera
POG is a leading manufacturer of custom and standard microstructures on glass and ceramics – reticles, scales, calibration targets and test patterns. In-house photolithographic processes result in the highest possible quality for serial production and small batch quantities. POG designs, develops and builds custom optical and EO-mechanical systems and assemblies ranging in spectrum from the UV through near-IR for machine vision, semiconductor processing, aerospace and defense applications.
Cimcoop
Cimcoop are a fast-growing company that produce visible & infrared lenses, aspheric metal mirrors and polymer optics. While Cimcoop continue to grow high-purity optical silicon, their core business has expanded to include the most modern diamond-turning, CNC fabrication and metrology equipment for manufacture of visible and infrared lenses from prototype to serial quantities.
NHG Information Materials Co.
NHG is one of the largest manufacturers of optical and specialty glass in the world with an annual production of over 6,000 tons. NHG has been producing glass since 1969 and is ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:2004 certified. NHG offers over 180 glass types including more than 150 RoHS-compliant, 8 traditionally leaded types, over 20 low-Tg materials for precision molding and 12 unique infrared chalcogenide glass types! NHG also produces custom and off-the-shelf IR modules for drop-in commercial applications when both precision and value are critical.
